利用規約Terms of Use

monode-sign が販売する製品（ソフトウェア・映像素材）に共通して適用される利用規約です。製品をご購入・ご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。These terms apply to every product sold by monode-sign (software and video assets). By purchasing or using a product, you agree to them.

  1. 本製品の購入により、購入者ご本人 1 名（1 シート）に対し、本製品を利用するための非独占的かつ譲渡不可のライセンスを付与します。ライセンスを第三者へ譲渡・貸与・共有することはできません。法人やグループでご利用の場合は、実際に利用する人数分のライセンスをご購入ください。Your purchase grants you, the individual purchaser, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this product (one seat per license). The license may not be transferred, lent, or shared with any third party. For use by a company or group, please purchase one license for each person who will use it.
  2. 商用・非商用を問わず、本製品を用いて制作した映像作品・VJ パフォーマンス・成果物を利用できます。配信・イベント・受託案件などでもご利用いただけます。ただし、本製品（素材・データ・バイナリ）そのものを販売・サブライセンスすることはできません。You may use videos, VJ performances, and other works you create with this product for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, including streams, events, and client work. However, you may not sell or sublicense the product itself (its assets, data, or binaries).
  3. 本製品またはその一部について、改変の有無を問わず、再配布・再販売・転売・貸与・共有を禁止します。他のプロダクト・テンプレート・素材集・サービスへ組み込んで提供することも禁止します。これらをご希望の場合は、利用開始前にメール（monoton.contact@gmail.com）で作者へご相談のうえ、書面（記録に残る形）で許可を得てください。You may not redistribute, resell, lend, or share this product or any part of it, whether modified or not, and you may not embed it into another product, template, asset collection, or service for distribution. If you wish to do any of these, please contact the author by email (monoton.contact@gmail.com) before use and obtain written (recorded) permission.
  4. 本製品は現状有姿（as is）で提供し、特定目的への適合性・無瑕疵・継続的な動作を含め、明示黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。動作環境によっては正常に動作しない場合があり、不具合の修正やアップデートを保証するものではありません。This product is provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from defects, or continued operation. It may not work correctly in all environments, and we do not guarantee bug fixes or updates.
  5. 法律上許される範囲で、作者は本製品の使用または使用できないことにより生じたいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。ただし、作者の故意または重大な過失による損害についてはこの限りではなく、また法律上免除できない責任を制限するものではありません。作者が責任を負う場合、その賠償額は当該購入者が当該製品について実際に支払った金額を上限とします。To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this product. This does not apply to damages caused by the author's intent or gross negligence, nor does it limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where the author is liable, total liability is capped at the amount the buyer actually paid for the relevant product.
  6. 本製品の著作権その他一切の知的財産権は、monoton / Haruma Tasaki に帰属します。本製品の購入は利用ライセンスの取得であり、著作権その他の権利を購入者へ移転するものではありません。本規約で明示的に許諾された範囲を除き、すべての権利を作者が留保します。All copyright and other intellectual property rights in this product belong to monoton / Haruma Tasaki. Your purchase grants a usage license only and does not transfer any copyright or other rights to the purchaser. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved by the author.

第三者サービスと連携する製品について（VRChat 等）Products that work with third-party services (e.g. VRChat)

VRChat など、本製品が連携するサービスをご利用の際は、各サービスの利用規約も併せて遵守してください。本製品は VRChat 社をはじめとする第三者とは関係なく、これらの者が提供・保証するものではありません。連携先サービスの仕様変更・提供停止等により本製品の一部または全部が利用できなくなる場合があり、本規約は第三者のサービスやコンテンツに関する権利を一切許諾するものではありません。When using services that this product works with, such as VRChat, please also comply with the terms of use of those services. This product is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or guaranteed by VRChat or any other third party, and may stop working if those services change or are discontinued. These terms grant no rights in any third party's services or content.

本規約は日本語を正文とし、英語版は参考のための翻訳です。解釈に相違がある場合は、日本語版が優先します。The Japanese version of these terms is the authoritative text; the English version is a reference translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.
